Programs

The CCLBA offers the following programs which enable Cook County residents to purchase and redevelop vacant homes at below-market rates. By encouraging the redevelopment and reoccupation of these homes, the CCLBA promotes the revitalization of the County’s neighborhoods and accelerates the development of its communities.
