 The CCLBA is looking for a contractor to provide demolition services.  Bids will be accepted starting October 16th, 2017 and will close on November 30th, 2017.

The CCLBA is seeking to obtain proposals from firms qualified to perform landscape maintenance services for the Cook County Land Bank Authority.  Qualified firms will be responsible for maintaining CCLBA inventory according to local municipal codes and ordinances.  RFQ’s will be accepted starting Monday, November 9th, 2020 and will close on Friday, November 13th, 2020.  All bidders’ must attend a pre-bidder’s meeting held on Friday, November 6th @ 10:00 AM (Zoom link here).  This is a mandatory meeting in order for your bid to be considered complete.  The final decision deadline will be on Friday, December 4th 2019.

The Cook County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA) is seeking to obtain proposal from firms qualified to perform services related to media consulting.  There is a need to shed the startup image and redefine the CCLBA’s identity.  Services provided under this RFP should focus on articulating the message that CCLBA is an innovative, responsive, responsible, and strategic force in economic development in Cook County.

The Cook County Land Bank Authority (CCLBA) in partnership with the City of Chicago Department of Housing (DOH) seeks residential new construction to provide moderate-income working families with the opportunity to purchase high-quality new homes. The goal is to expand housing supply in support of healthy communities, especially those traditionally bypassed for new development.

CCLBA seeks qualified entities (“Developers”) to propose a design and lead in the development of 3409 W. Monroe, a vacant lot located in the East Garfield Community area, in the 28th Ward within the City of Chicago. The property is approximately one mile from 1-90 Expressway. The area surrounding the property is comprised of a mix of single-family homes, multi-unit buildings. Maximum sales prices for the residential new construction under this RFP are limited to homebuyers with income up to 120% of the area median income (AMI.)

CCLBA will acquire, hold, and convey real property, which may include vacant lots, single family homes, multifamily residential property, commercial properties, industrial properties, or other real estate. During the time that the property is under the care and control of the CCLBA, the CCLBA will be responsible for maintaining the property according to local codes / ordinances. CCLBA will contract for services from qualified firms, which can include for-profit and non-profit organizations. Contractors may submit to provide full services as identified in the Scope of Work or only specialized services as identified. All contracts will be procured according to the Cook County Land Bank Authority procurement policy.

 The CCLBA is seeking to obtain proposals from firms qualified to perform demolition services for the Cook County Land Bank Authority regarding 5100 W 183rd St in Tinley Park, IL.  RFP’s will be accepted starting Tuesday, June 18th, 2019 and will close on Monday, June 24th, 2019.  All bidders’ must attend a pre-bidder’s meeting held on Monday, June 17th @ 11:00 AM.  This is a mandatory meeting in order for your bid to be considered complete.  The final announcement of all compliant and complete bids will be held on Wednesday, June 26th.

The CCLBA is seeking to obtain proposals from firms qualified to perform media consulting services for the Cook County Land Bank Authority.  Services include but are not limited to media relations, communications and/or messaging, producing an annual report, and assisting in public relations.  RFP’s will be accepted starting April 8th, 2019 and will close on May 3rd, 2019.  All bidders’ must attend a pre-bidder’s meeting held on Tuesday, April 23rd.  This is a mandatory meeting in order for your bid to be considered complete.

 The CCLBA desires to select a development team who will purchase and redevelop the Washington Park National Bank Building located at the intersection of 63rd St & Cottage Grove Ave in the Woodlawn neighborhood.  The deadline to submit a proposal is October 31st, 2018, with a final decision deadline of December 13th, 2018.  A pre-bidder informational meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 18th that we strongly recommend any potential bidders’ to attend.  The CCLBA seeks multiple real estate firms specializing in commercial/industrial real estate to provide brokerage services for commercial/industrial properties being acquired by the CCLBA.  There are more than 1,000 properties that need evaluation and marketing.  RFQ’s will be accepted starting October 3rd, 2018 and will close on October 31st, 2018.

 The CCLBA is looking for qualified contractors and firms to provide property inspection services for single-family residential properties.  Bids will be accepted starting October 2nd, 2018 and will close on October 15th, 2018.

 The CCLBA is looking for qualified contractors and firms to provide process serving services for Tax Deed Petitions.  Bids will be accepted starting July 10th, 2018 and will close on July 23rd, 2018.

 The CCLBA is looking for qualified contractors and firms to provide property inspection services for single-family residential properties.  Bids will be accepted starting July 2nd, 2018 and will close on July 31st, 2018.

 The CCLBA is looking for a contractor to provide demolition services for the former Harvey Chicago Park Hotel located at 17040 S Halsted St. in Harvey, Illinois.  Bids will be accepted starting January 22nd, 2018 and will close on February 14th, 2018.  In order for your proposal to considered, you are REQUIRED to attend the pre-bidder meeting on January 17th located here at 69 W Washington St. on the 22nd Floor.

 The CCLBA is looking for a contractor to provide development services for the multi-unit building located at 6429 S Stewart Ave (PIN #20-21-204-011-0000).  Bids will be accepted starting January 12th, 2018 and will close on January 26th, 2018.  We encourage you to attend the pre-bidder meeting on January 12th located here at 69 W Washington St. on the 22nd Floor.

 The CCLBA is looking for a contractor to provide home renovation services for a house located within the City of Chicago.  Bids will be accepted from October 12th – October 16th, with renovation services expected to be completed by November 30th, 2017.

The Chicago Neighborhood Rebuild Pilot is designed to find, educate and fund local single family and 2-flat developers who live and work in the communities targeted by the program. Successful respondents must demonstrate that they are located in the communities that they are seeking to build.
